This program helps you stop judging yourself, soften inner criticism, and build a safer relationship with difficult emotions.

The goal is to create a more understanding, supportive, and authentic space for yourself.

This isn't a motivational program; it's a practice for making peace with yourself.

CONTENT OF THE LIBERATION THROUGH COMPASSION PROGRAM

For whom?

  • Constantly criticizing or blaming oneself,
  • Trapped by the feeling of "I'm not good enough,"
  • Someone who struggles to cope with difficult emotions,
  • Everyone who wants to strengthen their inner peace and balance should participate.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Meeting: Once a week · 2.5–3 hours (Live – Zoom)
  • Support: WhatsApp group support throughout the process.

At each meeting;

  • instructive explanations,
  • meditation and somatic awareness practices,
  • inner child and compassion practices,
  • group shares

The goal in this process is not just to understand, but to transform through experience.

The Flow of the Journey

💗 Week 2 — The Compassionate Mind: Establish a gentler and more supportive inner dialogue with yourself.

🌊 Week 3 — Connecting with Emotions: Developing a safe relationship with difficult emotions such as shame, anger, and guilt.

🕊 Week 4 — Liberation: Creating a new inner balance by integrating compassion into daily life.

After This Journey
