Personal Data Protection Law (GDPR)

This document has been prepared by Ayşe Sibel Kavunoğlu (“the Company”), acting as the data controller, to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

  1. Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data;

  • Website and online forms
  • Phone, email, and messaging applications
  • Social media platforms
  • Physical application and participation processes

This information is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through various channels.

These data are collected in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK);

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations
  • The legitimate interests of the company
  • Explicit consent (where required)

  1. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may only be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, service providers and business partners in accordance with relevant legislation and with the necessary technical and administrative security measures in place.

  1. Program Participation, Privacy and Intellectual Property Rights
  • Programs include individual sessions, group work, training courses, and camps.
  • The participant acknowledges that they are participating in the program of their own free will.
  • All content and materials shared during the program are protected under Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.
  • This content may not be copied, reproduced, or shared with third parties without permission.
  • Participants are not allowed to record the audio or video of instructors or other participants during the program.
  • Personal information shared during the program is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
  1. Health and Responsibility Statement
  • These programs are not intended for any medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
  • The services offered are not considered healthcare services.
  • The participant acknowledges that their physical, mental, and emotional condition is suitable for participation in the program.
  • Participation is entirely at the individual's own risk.
  • It is the participant's responsibility to consult a healthcare professional if deemed necessary before and during the program.
  1. About Visual and Audio Recordings

During the programs, photographs and videos may be taken with the knowledge of the participants. These recordings may be used for the purpose of promoting the services, including on the website, social media accounts, and promotional and informational content.

  1. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data);

  • To find out whether your personal data is being processed.
  • If it has been processed, request information about it.
  • To understand the purpose of processing.
  • Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred.
  • Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of data.
  • Requesting that transactions be disclosed to third parties.
  • Object to automated analyses.
  • Claiming compensation in case of damage.

You have rights.
