About Me

After 23 years in the finance sector, her encounter with Transformational Breath® in 2005 marked the beginning of a profound transformation in her life. This deep connection with breath gradually evolved from just a practice into a powerful field of awareness that allowed her to reconnect with her body, mind, and emotions.

In this journey, deepened by intensive studies, she assumed a significant role as a Senior Trainer and the Turkey representative of the Transformational Breath Foundation. To date, she has touched the lives of thousands of clients and hundreds of breath coaches, contributing to the development of this field. What makes her journey unique is her inner curiosity, which fuels her motivation to explore and share. This curiosity has enabled her to engage with different teachings and deepen her approach.

A meeting with the Dalai Lama in India in 2010 gave this journey a new perspective. Since 2017, his studies in Kalachakra teachings under Gyaltsab Choekyi Nangpa Rinpoche have further deepened his work with an ancient line of wisdom. During the same period, he completed 16 Guidelines for Life training, placing compassion, ethical living, and mindful awareness at the center of his approach. This entire process evolved from mere specialization to a holistic understanding that transforms the relationship one has with oneself.

The Wisdom of Breath and Compassion® approach, developed by Sibel Kavunoğlu, is a reflection of this multifaceted experience nourished by diverse teachings. This approach offers a simple yet profound space for transformation, supporting individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. Sibel Kavunoğlu continues to share all this experience and knowledge through the Don't Leave Happiness to Chance platform.
