- Awareness of stress and the "8 Worldly Worries"
- Tibetan Nine Breathing Techniques and Mantra Practices
- To develop insight into the self and reality.

Experience Journey
- Day: Beginning Opening, introductions and preparing the body. Introduction to Lu Jong and meditation.
- Day: Deepening The nature of the mind, the 4 Noble Truths, and heart-opening practices.
- Day 8: Deepening: The Nature of Stress, Worldly Anxiety, and Tonglen Meditation.
- Day: Closing Insight into reality and emptiness, sharing personal experiences, and closing intention.
