From Fear to Freedom; a 4-week deep transformation program that teaches you not to suppress fear, but to understand it and build a new relationship with it.
During this process;
- It explores the effects of fear on the body and mind.

- Meeting: Once a week · 2.5–3 hours (Live – Zoom)
