The Wisdom of the Shadow is a profound study that explores not only the bright side of the 16 Life Guides—but also the dark side of each guide that is invisible, suppressed, and often unnoticed, guiding our lives.
Seeing the shadow is not a weakness — it is an act of the deepest honesty and courage.
What is this study?
Drawing on Carl Jung's concept of the shadow, this work reveals the unconscious patterns underlying each of the 16 Life Guides.
Pride hidden beneath humility. Anger beneath kindness. A desire for recognition hidden beneath generosity. Passivity hidden beneath patience.
These patterns lose their power when they are recognized. And real transformation begins.
